摘    要:以兴安落叶松、华北落叶松、长白落叶松和新疆落叶松种子的谷蛋白作为抗原进行了双扩和免疫电泳分析,结果表明4种落叶松间的抗原距离为零,提示这4种落叶松种子不能用谷蛋白的免疫血清学方法得以鉴别。

Abstract:In this paper, the glutelins in the seeds of four different species of larix gmelini (Rupr),Rupr,larix principis-rupperchtii Mayr larix olgensis Henry and Larix sibirica Ledeb,are studied by means of double diffusion and irnmunoelectrphoresis. The result of analyses show that the antigenic distances in glutelins in the seeds of the four species of larch are zero. So,the conclusion is that the larch seeds can not be identified by immunoserology when glutelin serve as anyigen.
