我国酒店员工流动的原因和对策

摘    要:酒店员工流动属于企业的正常现象。但我国酒店员工的流动大,人才流失严重,给酒店经营管理带来了一定的消极影响。针对我国酒店员工流失的原因进行研究。提出相应对策,以期对我国酒店的发展有所裨益。

Abstract:Cabaret's personnel run-off is a normal phenomenon to an enterprise.However,the big per- sonnel's fluxion of cabaret,and the serious loss of talented people in China,bring cabaret negative influ- ence on cabaret management.This paper draws up from two aspects that of the reason and the counter- measure to discuss the personnel run off in our country cabaret.I expect it has the benefit to the develop- ment of our country cabaret.
