在当代大学生群体中 ,少数学生因道德观和价值观的扭曲而涉足违纪违法犯罪 ,自毁前程。大学生违纪违法犯罪的成因 ,既有个人的主观因素 ,又有来自于社会、家庭、学校教育与管理等方面的客观因素。预防大学生违纪违法犯罪是一项系统工程 ,需要调动社会各种积极因素和可能的力量 ,采取政治、经济、文化、教育、行政和法律等综合手段 ,通过提高大学生的思想道德修养和法制观念 ,建立健全各种规章制度 ,才能有效堵塞漏洞和空隙 ,消除诱发违纪违法犯罪的现象

A Brief Analysis of the Reasons for College Students Violating the Law and Discipline and the Prevention

Among the current college students,a small number of them are likely to be involved in committing crimes because their moral and value concepts are warped and thus their future is damaged by themselves.The reasons that lead the students to violate the law and discipline include both personal subjective factors and objective factors concerning the society,family,school education and administration.And it is a systematic program to prevent college students from violating the law and discipline and it needs the whole society to bring into play every positive factor and potential power to eliminate the causes for students' violation of the law and discipline by cimprehensive means of political,economic,cultural,educational,administrative and disciplinary approaches to better the students' spiritual and moral qualities as well as their sense of law and discipline.
