The construction of a harmonious campus of a university is an inevitable requirement of building a harmonious society in all respects. Both of the education and construction of a university must put people first. The harmonious relationship among people is the crucial point. A harmonious campus is to faculties and students what home is to human race, an Eden is to spirit and a cradle is to elites. We must establish firmly and apply thoroughly the scientific outlook on development, in obedience to the requirement of building a harmonious socialist society, maintain the stability of our campus, deepen the ideology and morality education and enhance the development of universities.
