| 摘 要： | 执政党驾驭社会主义市场经济能力,内含宏观、中观、微观三个不同层次的要求;而影响驾驭市场经济能力提高的主要因素有旧体制的惯性思维、市场经济实践经验的不足以及经济管理干部队伍素质不高等;应以加强学习与实践,深化市场取向改革,自觉运用经济规律,培养、造就一支高素质的领导干部队伍为途径,提高执政党驾驭市场经济的能力。

| Abstract: | The Party's ability to lead socialist market economy includes three demands of different levels: macroscopic,between macroscopic and microscopic,microscopic.The factors which influence the ability to lead the market economy are mainly the inertial thought,lack of practical experiences of market economy and poor quality of economy management staff.Therefore we must improve the Party's ability to lead market economy by way of strengthening study and practice,deepening the market-oriented reform,consciously applying economic regulations,and training and cultivating a leading staff with high quality. |
