| 摘 要： | 产权流转的观念障碍、市场障碍、人为障碍是我国产权流转中的主要障碍。而保证产权顺畅流转的主要途径:一要树立正确的产权观;二要规范和发展产权市场;三要完整产权法律体系,切实保护产权所有者的权益。

| Abstract: | Barriers put up by people's traditional ideas,marketing mechanism and interference of government are the main ones in the course of property-right circulation.There are three kinds of ways to smooth the path of right circulation: 1.proper attitudes and ideas about property-right should be adopted;2.theproperty-right circulation market must be regulated;3.efficient legal system is needed to protect the benefit of the property owners. |
