我国律师执业环境及执业权利的保护

现实中我国律师执业权利经常性地被侵害,律师执业环境相对恶劣,律师行业健康发展困难重重。要优化律师的执业环境,保护律师执业的合法权利,可从以下几方面努力:从立法角度保证律师执业权利;建立律师进入行政、司法体系的职业转换及准入制度;提高律师整体素质,加强法制宣传和普法教育力度;建立律师执业权利救济制度。

The Protection of the Operation Environment and Operation Rights for the Lawyers in our Country

In the operation rights for lawyers in our country has been frequently violated and weaken . The operation environment for lawyer is unsatisfied. There have been great difficulties for the healthy development of law practicing. The standpoints are presented about the current state of law practicing environment and the way to protect the legal right of the practicing lawyers, and it is concluded that the improvement on protecting lawyer's legal right can be achieved by setting up laws and rules and qualification standards for professional entry and conversion, increasing lawyers' own quality, popularizing knowledge of the law through education, and establishing a lawyers' legal right protection system.
