我国公共安全信息服务的问题与对策

现代风险社会中公共安全信息服务至关重要，但我国社会公共安全信息服务却存在着服务理念混沌不清、服务机制各自为政、服务方式简单落后、法律规制模糊不明等问题。为满足民众公共安全信息需求，我们必须建立起专门的公共安全信息管理职能机构和信息服务机制，并从法律上对公共安全信息服务进行有效规制。
