| 摘 要： | 一个国家坚持什么样的发展观，对这个国家的发展会产生重大影响，不同的发展观往往会导致不同的发展结果。自十六届三中全会提出科学发展观以来，中国共产党人不断深化对科学发展观的认识。科学发展观，是立足社会主义初级阶段基本国情，总结我国发展实践，借鉴国外发展经验，适应新的发展要求提出来的，具有其丰富的内涵。

| Abstract: | A nation's adoption of its outlook on development affects its actual development immensely,and different outlook always attributes to different result. Since the adoption of the scientific outlook on development at CPC's 16th National Congress,our Party has been deepening its understanding of this concept.As is based firstly upon the matter-of-fact status quo of China's initial socialist period,and then a revision of China's development practices as well as referring to other nations' experiences,and lastly upon the need to adapt to the new challenges in our development,the scientific cutlook on development possesses a very rich content. |
