| 摘 要： | 文章从信息化的定义及其动态发展过程入手,描述了日本“e-Japan战略”推出过程与具体的战略内容及目标,并介绍了该战略目前实施的状态及存在的问题,最后,对我国信息化建设提出了几点认识。
