| 摘 要： | 对国内经济的管理和服务,只是市场经济条件下政府职能的一个重要方面,可以称为政府的对内经济职能;在经济全球化趋势加强和开放经济条件下,政府的对外经济职能显得日益重要,这种职能已经不是以往简单的外经贸管理,政府更需要主动强化其国际竞争与国际协作的经济职能,以增强国家经济的整体竞争能力,同时获得国际经济协作的相应收益。
