| 摘 要： | 湖北省学位委员会自1999年以来开展的博士、硕士学位点的前期立项建设工作,有效地实现了学位授权单位的学位点建设与教育行政部门学位授权管理的有机结合,适量延长了学位点建设周期,确立了新的学位点建设工作模式,提高了学位点的建设水平,是遵循学科建设规律所作出的新探索。

| Abstract: | Academic degree program construction at the early stage started since 1999, which brought about the combination of degree program building in authorized units and the program management of educational and administrative department, prolonged the period of program building, set up the new work mold for program building. This is a new attempt to comply with the law of academic discipline construction. |
