晏阳初“定县实验”中的参与式农业推广方式探究

参与式发展思想在我国并不完全是舶来品,其与平民教育家晏阳初先生的乡村建设理念有异曲同工之处。20世纪20—30年代，晏阳初所领导的“定县实验”创造和运用了大量“参与式”发展的“人本”理念，对当前弘扬以人为本的科学发展观，构建社会主义和谐新农村具有重要现实意义。其中“表证农家”就是参与式农业推广方式的重要体现，它对改造传统的农业推广理念和自上而下的推广体制具有重要借鉴作用。

Issues on Extention Methods of Participating in Agriculture in "Dingxian County Experiment"

The idea of participatory development is not completely exotic in China.It achieves the same goal with the idea of YAN Yang_chu,a famous scholar of mass education.In the 1920s he created and exercised plenty of participatory developing ideas based on people-oriented in Dingxian,a county of Hebei Province in northern China.It has important realistic meaning to carry forward scientific developmental perspective of people_oriented and build the new harmonious socialist rural society.In the direction of YAN Yang_chu's rural construction,"demonstration farmers" is an important embodiment of agricultural extension methods.It is important for agricultural extension to reform the traditional institution of its ideas and methods.
