| Abstract: | The Modernization of legal consciousness of Chinese peasants is the key and core to administer our country according to law and build up a legal state of socialist. TO realize administering a country according to law and building up a state of socialist, we should adopt effective countermeasures to enhance the legal con- sciousness of peasant and push on the modernization of the legal consciousness of peasant. |
