人文学:科学之外的智慧与学问

学问分科学与人文学两类。人文学与科学在对象、方法、取向、功能、标尺五个方面均存在本质差异。这说明,人文学不是科学。不过这并不意味着二者是相互排斥、相互反对的关系。人文学与科学的真实关系主要由哲学与科学的关系体现。哲学与科学在历史中虽有过短暂,中突,却是由各种误解造成。实际上,二者是相互促进、相互包含的关系。将人文学划出科学,也不意味着人文学是不科学的学问或二流学问。“划出”的主要意义在于:消除科学主义及其影响,阐明科学之“不能”和人文学之“特能”,使人文精神重放光芒。

The Humanities: Wisdom and Learning Other Than Science

Learning is divided into two parts: the humanities and science. Both have differences in object, way, tropism, function and criterion, showing that the humanities is not science. However, it doesn't mean that they are opposite or against each other. Their real relation should be reflected from that of philosophy and science, which had transient conflicts in history made by misunderstanding. In fact, both promote and include each other. The humanities is in dependent, not attached to science o-ras a second learning. Its main significance of independence lies in abolishing scientism and its impact on the humanities. Here, the properties of the humanities are displayed beyond science, making the human spirit have a great future again.
