西部地区建立“以工促农，以城带乡”长效机制的对策分析

An Analysis of the Countermeasure for the Construction of a Long - term Mechanism to "Promote the Development of Agriculture in the Western Region with Industry and to Bring Along the Development of the Country with Cities"

＂To promote the development of agriculture with industry and to bring along the development of the countryside with cities＂ is the universal law of world＇s economic development. And it is also the necessary requirement of expanding domestic demands and promoting China＇s sustained and rapid economic development.
