| 摘 要： | 文章分析了多元文化背景下的新农村文化状况,并且回顾了新农村文化建设的历史,立足祖国统一及海峡西岸经济区,提出了海峡西岸新农村文化建设的创新思路,并对海峡西岸新农村文化建设模式进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Culture construction and its history in the new socialist countryside on the background of multiple culture are reviewed.Based on China's reunification and the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,the approach for innovation of culture construction in the new socialist countryside on the west side of the Straits is proposed and its mode is analysed. |
