我国网络隐私权的法律保护

计算机信息网络技术的发展使得网络空间的个人隐私权受到前所未有的挑战,隐私权的客体内容不断扩展,领域不断延伸,强化对网络空间的个人数据和隐私权的法律保护,已成为国际社会网络立法的当务之急。而在我国,对网络空间隐私权的保护,尚处于开创阶段,有必要借鉴国外已有的立法经验,并结合我国实际,提出对网络隐私权保护的相关立法建议。

Legal Protection of Rights of Individual Privacy in Cyberspace in Our Courtry

With the rapid development of the technology of computer and network,unprecedented infringement on the right to individual privacy in cyberspace is getting more and more serious.The right of privacy expends in content and extends in its field to make it urgent and necessary to strengthen cyberspace and the legal protection of privacy right all over the world.In China,it has not been perfect to protect the privacy right of cyberspace,so it is necessary to put forward a legislation proposal for the legal protection system concerning the right to privacy in cyberspace by drawing on the experience of other countries and taking our present condition into consideration.
