| Abstract: | There has never been an agreement on the major social contradictions in the early days of the People's Republic of China in the academia.The author's position reflected in this essay is that it is not scientific to regard the contradiction between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie,as well as the contradiction between socialist and capitalist,as the major contradictions then based on such a groundless traditional view. |
