| 摘 要： | 技术进步是推动产业结构升级的直接动力.我国目前正在进行产业结构的战略性调整,面临产业科技水平低、自主研发能力有限、产品结构层次低、生产工艺落后等诸多问题,只有通过技术的跨越式发展,不断推动技术进步,才能切实带动产业结构的优化升级.

| Abstract: | Technolgical Progress is the direct impetus to update industrial structure. Now China is making strategic readjustments in her industrial structure. Confronted with such problems as low-leveled science and technology in industry,limited ability to research and develop new products independently,low-leveled structure of products and backward technics,China can only bring about the upgrading of her industrial structure by means of drastic technical advancement and constant promotion of technological progress. |
