摘    要:实现我国动画产品的贸易国际化,是弘扬民族精神、振兴民族经济的有力保证。鉴于目前国产动画片在创作、经营与消费中文化理念的错位,文化市场的经营模式制约了动画产业走向兴盛的现状,实现我国动画产品贸易国际化的策略为:强化精品意识,着眼于故事题材和技术效果,全方位打造能被众多国家和民族所普遍接受的富有艺术感染力的动画产品;整合资源,完善产业的内部结构,构筑产业集群,实现产业优化;强化对国内、国际两个市场的调研分析,理顺国内销售渠道,以此为基点,拓展国际化贸易;强化人才意识,为我国动画产业的长足发展提供资源保障。

Abstract:Trade internationalization of our cartoon products can provide a solid foundation for rejuvenating national spirits and economy.There is a mismatch among the creation,operation and consumption of this product and a restraint of management model in cultural market over the prosperity of cartoon industry.In view of such situations,the paper suggests the strategy for cartoon internationalization is to strengthen the shaping of classic cartoons via material and technological effect and produce universally-accepted works in an all-round way,to integrate resources and form industrial cluster by optimizing inner structure,to stress the analysis of market investigation home and abroad as well as smooth domestic marketing channel to extend international trade,and to highlight the importance of talents for ensuring the long-term development of the industry.
