| 摘 要： | 本文以江苏省大丰市三峡移民安置点为个案,探讨移民社区发展的困境,表现为经济基础薄弱造成的启动艰难;劳动方式差异造成的转变艰难;目标任务差异造成的赶超艰难;关系资本表面化造成的发展乏力等,希望能对移民社区发展能有所帮助。
