| 摘 要： | 国民政府时期,中国社会保障模式正处于由传统向现代的转型阶段,国民政府的社会保险立法是其中不可或缺的一环。国民政府草拟的第—批社会保险法规是中国社会保险制度化的有益尝试,也是中国法制近代化的重要内容。

| Abstract: | The period of Kuomintang government, the social security pattern of China was transferring from tradition to modern time,and the social insurance legislation of Kuomintang government was its sticking point.The first group of statutes, drew up by Kuomintang government, was a helpful experiment of China social insurance systematization and an important matter of China legal system modernization. |
