| 摘 要： | 本文认为， 大力推进和实施科教兴农战略是加速我国农业发展的一项长期的根本性措施， 提高农业科技成果转化率是目前实施科教兴农战略的重点。文章指出， 农业科技成果本身的地域适用性、资源适用性、经济适用性以及农民的文化知识水平等是决定农业科技成果转化率高低的基本因素。文章还提出了提高农业科技成果转化率的几条途径

| Abstract: | The paper states that vigorous promotion of agricultural development through science and education is an essential way to speed up the agricultural development in China, and it is of great significance to promote the application of agricultural technological achievements in carrying out the strategy. The paper stresses that the application rate of achievements mainly lies in applicability to the locality, resources and economy and cultural and educational level of the farmers. The writer then puts forward several ways to speed up the application rate of agricultural technological achievements. |
