| 摘 要： | 目前大多数金融企业已经将信息技术部分的业务进行了离岸资源外包,这种趋势在银行业和保险业中显得尤其明显。在此背景下,我国的有些银行,尤其是那些内部技术部门实力不是很强的银行,开始寻求外部的力量来开发信息系统。我国银行业信息系统建设全面快速发展,但与此同时,信息系统的应用还不是十分成功,许多应用还有待完善和开发。

| Abstract: | More and more banks are now engaging on IT outsourcing activities in China. What are the main factors that have influenced the banks'IT outsourcing decisions?This paper concludes that banks'IT outsourcing decision depends on many factors.Till now,risks inherent in banks'IT outsourcing are discussed in both acadimic and professional literature without a clear conceptual definition of what risk is. |
