The View of Consciousness in Social Constructionism and Its Significance

The social construetionism, a new trend in current psychological researches has made active attempt in approaching consciousness. In the view of social constructionism, consciousness of higher level is inevitably involved in the construction of consciousness experience, which can be interpreted in the dimension of constructionism. Consciousness experience is not only a product of neun~physiology, hut also a kind of psychological phenomena that is constructed by subject via society. Hence to understand the research achievement in scientific psychology is of great significance to the deepening of the studies of eonstructionism psychology.
