| 摘 要： | 促进区域协调发展的重大意义不言而喻。笔者在对区域协调发展概念进行界定的基础上，进一步分析了政府促进区域协调发展的现实依据（区域发展中的“非协调性”），后剖析了政府促进区域协调发展的理论依据。

| Abstract: | In the report of the party＇s 17, three points of promoting regional development coordinatedly were discussed,from which we can see the signification of improving regional development coordinatedly is obvious. On the base of defining the coordinated regional development , The writer further analysises the reality basis of the government improving regional development coordinatedly （the inconsistence of the regional development）.on the above base,the writer at last analysises the theory basis of the government improving regional development coordinatedly. |
