| Abstract: | This paper is concentrated on the issue that to build up an ecosystem-friendly province is a new model for the sustainable development in the new era in Guizhou.It focuses on the importance of completing the construction of legal system to the economic development in Guizhou,and puts forward suggestions on how to build Guizhou into an ecosystem-friendly province. |
