| 摘 要： | 北京名人故居是北京居住文化的重要组成部分,它具有属地、属人和属物三重属性。基于这三种属性,北京名人故居的认定和保护应当坚持地域的全面性原则、名人的兼容性原则和故居的多元化原则。
