摘    要:员工流失风险识别是企业发现并准确识别各种员工流失风险因素的过程,是企业制定相应的员工流失风险管理措施的基础。基于员工流失风险识别的特征,讨论一种基于实例的推理技术在员工流失风险识别过程中的具体应用,重点研究风险识别实例的知识表示、组织管理及检索与匹配方法,为企业有效实施员工流失风险管理提供解决方案。

Abstract:Employee turnover risk identification is a process to find and identify the risk factors of employee turnover in enterprises exactly,and it's the base for the enterprises to make measures for dealing with the employee turnover risk.According to the characteristics of employee turnover risk identification,the paper discussed the application of case-based reasoning(CBR) methodology to employee's turnover risk identification.The paper focused on discussing the knowledge representation,organizing and management,retrieval and matching in risk identification case.It provided an effective solution for enterprises to manage the employee turnover risk.
