摘    要:为了确保三峡库区生态环境和水库水质安全,发展三峡库区小城镇的生活垃圾处理迫在眉睫。构建三个情景探讨了三峡库区小城镇生活垃圾处理模式,采用SWOT方法分析了各个情景的内在因素和外在因素。指出"各镇预处理"+"县(区)域联合处理"处理模式对于三峡库区小城镇具有更理想的发展机会。
