| Abstract: | Based on the careful study and deep understanding of General Secretary Jiang Ze - min's general plans of "running the country by virtue" and "rule by virtue and law", the paper, in accordance with the real situation in the tertiary institutions, argues that the implementation of the strategies of "running schools by virtue" and "running schools by law" has a far reaching significance in bettering the morality work in the tertiary institutions. |
