全日制工程硕士培养现状及对策研究

摘    要:以某大学2009级和2010级全日制工程硕士研究生为研究对象,分析全日制工程硕士的生源特征,学生对工程硕士的认识及其对课程设置和实践过程的理解。研究结果表明,全日制工程硕士的生源不足,学生多来自于工学硕士调剂,学生对工程硕士的认识严重不足,全日制工程硕士的课程设置和社会实践与工学硕士教育的差异很小。经过一年多的培养,学生的工程实践能力、决策能力等并没有得到明显提升。

Abstract:With the full time engineering master students of 2009 Class and 2010 Class in an University as the research object, this paper analyses the characteristics of the source of the full time engineering master students and their understandings and views of curriculum and practice. The result shows that lack of the source of the full-time engineering master students, insufficiency of understanding of the students for engineering master, and little difference of curriculum and practice between engineering master and science master are the main problems. After one year's study, ability of engineering practice and decision-making capacity of students are not improved significantly.
