| 摘 要： | 西部大开发为云南高等教育的发展提供了历史性的机遇。西部开发关键靠人才,人才培养关键靠教育。但是,高等教育发展滞后,严重制约了云南经济和社会的可持续发展。因此,必须进一步解放思想,深化改革,努力实现云南高等教育的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The Great Western Development provides historical opportunities for the development of Yunnan higher education. The crux of the western development lies in the talents while the cultivation of the talents depends on the level of education. But it is the backward development of higher education in Yunnan that restricts the economic and social sustainable development. Therefore, we should emancipate the mind, deepen the reform and develop Yunnan higher education with greater stride. |
