| 摘 要： | 农村金融学是金融学与农业经济管理学科交叉派生出来的一个新兴学科,也是一个相对年轻的学科.在破解"三农"问题以及全面建设小康社会和统筹城乡发展的新形势下,必须加强农村金融学科建设,从根本上解决农村金融严重滞后农村经济发展的突出问题.本文以西北农林科技大学农村金融学科建设为案例,全面分析了加强农村金融学科建设的必要性及其途径,提出了农村金融学科的定位、需要研究的前沿问题以及学科建设的主要内容,以期对促进金融学与农业经济管理学科的融合、创新与发展具有启示和借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | The rural finance is an important part of agriculture economics and management.On the basis of analysing the existing problems in the rural finance discipline in the College of Economics and Management, Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry, the article puts forwards suggestions on strengthening the discipline construction of rural finance, including design research field,forming discipline bases, recommending qualified personnel,developing academic research and so on. |
