改革开放以来北京作协的体制改革

改革开放30年来,北京作协大胆改革专业作家体制,在全国率先打破作家终身制,并形成了相对稳定的四种合同制作家模式。北京作协在作家人事制度方面作的有益探索,不仅促进了北京地区文学事业的繁荣,也已被其它一些省市作为成功的经验加以仿效。

The Reform of Beijing Writers Association since 1978

The Beijing Writers Association boldly reformed the system of professional writers and formed four relatively stable patterns of contract writers during the past 30 years of reform and opening up.This is not only to promote the prosperity of Beijing Literature,but also to become a role model in China.A number of other provinces and cities are trying to fellow the four patterns of contract writers.
