| Abstract: | General Outside, Minister Inside"was an important political phenormenan in the early Tang Dgnasty. It thrived during Emperor Xuan Zong and later declined. Minister LI Lin-fu just plaged a very little or transient role in the whole progress. It was the ineritable outcome of the development of the social economy and the change of the social general mood of the Tang Dynasty. And it was also the necessarty link of the pattern from the Military Officer-politics to the Scholar-Politics of the Song Dynasty. |
