| Abstract: | This thesis employs LIFO system （Life Orientation）--strengths management strategy and combine Salaries-Employee satisfaction matrix model, to analyze the staff incentive mechanism of power enterprise. The paper has put forward the measures and proposals for establishing the scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction of power enterprises. |
