摘    要:本文通过运用LIFO(1ife orientation)系统.长处管理策略,结合薪酬一员工满意矩阵模型,对电力企业的员工激励机制进行了研究,提出了科学合理建立激励机制的措施和建议。

Abstract:This thesis employs LIFO system (Life Orientation)--strengths management strategy and combine Salaries-Employee satisfaction matrix model, to analyze the staff incentive mechanism of power enterprise. The paper has put forward the measures and proposals for establishing the scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction of power enterprises.
