| 摘 要： | 现当代的俄罗斯人口发展,已经形成了严重危机。俄罗斯人口危机有多方面的表现、形成原因,并深刻地影响着俄罗斯的社会和经济发展。俄罗斯政府采取了"鼓励生育"政策,希望能化解愈演愈烈的人口危机。
