| 摘 要： | 基因面临的现实情况和立法现状都不容乐观,应加强基因立法。建议制定《中华人民共和国基因法》,加强保护基因资源,规范基因技术的研究、应用增设“克隆人罪”、“走私基因资源罪”、“基因歧视罪”等,惩治基因犯罪行为。

| Abstract: | The reality and actuality of legislation that gene faces isn't optimistic ,so the legislation of gene should be strenghened.The Law of gene should be advised to legislate, the resource of gene should be protected powerfully, and the research and application of gene technology should be standardized, too. Some new crimes of gene, such as cloning, smuggling of gene resources,and discrimination of gene, should be added to and punished. |
