摘    要:本文介绍了35钢的钻杆管与35钢法兰盘对焊和16Mn钻杆管与35钢法兰盘对焊焊缝的力学性能的对比试验,在本厂同等焊接技术条件下得出:两者焊缝在热处理前后力学性能、显微组织相近,35钢钻杆管可以替代16Mn钻杆管.

Abstract:This paper makes a comparative test about the mechanical properties of the two butt welding seam,one is the seam of drilling pipe with 35-steel and flange with 35-steel, another is the seam of drilling pipe with 16Mn and flange with 35-steel. These two seams have the similar mechanical properties and microstructure before and after heat treatment under the same welding condition in our factory. The drilling pipe of 16Mn can be substitured with The drilling pipe of 35-steel.
