| 摘 要： | 合法性问题是法的核心问题之一,它构成了法律制度本身得以良性运行的基础和前提。本文通过对历史上存在的几种法的合法性解释路径的梳理,阐述了法的合法性的主要含义。并在对上述主要观点进行整合的基础上,对法的合法性的构成要件进行了比较深入地分析。
