| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明不但是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,也是社会主义现代化建设 的重要目标。推进社会主义政治文明建设,必须把握住政治文明建设的基本特征,从以下几方面着手:(一)从实际出发,借鉴吸 收人类政治文明的优秀成果;(二)与社会主义物质文明、精神文明协调发展;(三)法治是根本保障;(四)着重加强制度建设。

| Abstract: | Develop socialist democratic politics,build socialist political civilization is not only the important goal of well-off society all-sidely,hut the important goal of socialist modernization construction too.The task for the political civilization construction is arduous.We must get hold of political civilization essential features and basic attributes of construction and hold the regularity of political civilization development while advance the socialist political civilization construction:Firstly,proceed from the reality,draw lessons from the outstanding achierements of mankind political civilization,Seeondly,make progress with socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization in harmony,Thirdly,ruling by law is the basic assurance,Fourthly,strengthen the institutional improvement emphatically. |
