摘    要:教师反思与其专业化是目前教育界研究的一个热点,反思是促进教师专业化的一种成功策略。本文从人的主体性视角对教师反思及其专业化进行探讨,自主性是人的主体性首要表现,是主体对自身及客体的支配权。教师自主发展是反思的前提和基础,是推动教师专业化的根本动力。教师自己就是反思者和研究者;教师以自己教育教学活动为反思对象;反思也是教师个人对教育教学实践的体验和感悟。

Abstract:Teachers' reflection and professionalism are one of the hot topics in educational research.Educational experts argue that reflection is a successful strategy for teachers' professionalism.The paper examines teachers' reflection and professionalism and their relationship from the point of subjective view. Initiation,firstly demonstrated in the subjectivity,is also the manipulation of the subject of himself and the object.The paper writer contends that teachers' initiative development is the prerequisite and foundmental for the reflection,and the motivation for the development of professionalism.A teacher himself is the reflector and researcher;and he reflects his educational and teaching activities;and the reflection is based on his experiences and thus,a meditation of his teaching.
