试析国际石油资源安全与我国战略应对

当今世界 ,石油已成为国家的经济命脉和安全保障 ,它直接关系到国家的经济发展、政治稳定和国家安全。我国石油供需矛盾十分突出 ,对国外石油资源的依赖程度日益扩大。半个多世纪以来 ,国际上围绕石油资源的争夺从来没有停止过 ,许多地区的冲突和战争都与石油有密切关系。我国政府应制定符合国情世情的石油安全战略 ,综合采取各项切实有效的措施 ,在激烈的国际竞争中争取主动。只有这样 ,才可有效维护我国的国家安全与经济安全。

Analysis of Oil Resources Security and Our Strategic Countermeasure

In the present world, oil has been the economic vitals and secure safeguard, which directly influences economic development, political stabilization and national security. In our country, the conflict between the provision and the need of oil is very severe. We heavily rely on oil resources from foreign countries. In the international relationship during the past half of century, the contest centered on oil resources has never halted. Most conflicts and battles in many regions have relations with oil. In order to stand a positive position in the severe international competition, our government should formulate the stratagem for oil security which is suitable for our country, and take effective measures synthetically. Only by doing so, the economic security and our national safety can be protected.
