| 摘 要： | 上海商务总会是辛亥革命时期的重要资产阶级团体。辛亥革命前其部分成员逐渐看穿清政府"预备立宪"的假象,纷纷选择革命道路,加入中国同盟会,配合革命党人开展革命活动;在光复上海之役中,更是通过总会所控制的商团武装力量直接参与革命,促成上海光复,加速了革命高潮的到来;上海独立后,商务总会又为沪军都督府提供财政支持,最大程度地缓解了军政府面临的财政困难,为辛亥革命做出了杰出的贡献。
