| 摘 要： | 素质教育的根本目的就是要面向全体学生 ,提高学生的全面素质。“分层教学、分类指导”是达到这一目标的重要举措。本文从分层教学的重要性与必要性、分层教学的组织形式、分层教学的实施等方面对分层教学问题进行了探索。
