摘    要:素质教育的根本目的就是要面向全体学生 ,提高学生的全面素质。“分层教学、分类指导”是达到这一目标的重要举措。本文从分层教学的重要性与必要性、分层教学的组织形式、分层教学的实施等方面对分层教学问题进行了探索。

Abstract:The fundamental aim of quality oriented education is to cater to all the students, enhance the students quality in an all round way. "Teaching at different levels and guide in different degrees" is an important measure. This article makes exploration of teaching at different levels in terms of its significance and necessity, its form of organization and its implementation.
