论独生子女政策的社会起源

通过理论梳理和史料分析,独生子女政策的出现并不能简单地归结为某个政党或某些精英的所为,作为计划生育政策的独生子女政策旨在对国家的人口进行计划控制,这种试图使人口变化遵循人类计划的努力体现了现代社会的理性化逻辑,因此,现代性才是独生子女政策的根源;第二,近现代中国社会形成的对科学宗教般虔诚的态度也是独生子女政策获得精英和普通民众支持的动力来源,独生子女政策的整个论证过程都在科学的名义之下;精英们之所以相信独生子女政策能够有效地控制人口增长,因为此时我们已经掌握了使人口清晰化的人口统计技术和对人们的微观生育过程实施控制的避孕节育医学技术。

The Social Origin of One-child Policy

Through theoretical and historical analysis,this article reveals that one-child policy can not simply be attributed to some party or elites.As a policy of birth planning,one-child policy aims to control the national population and this attempt reflects the rational logic of modern society.Therefore,modernity is the source of one-child policy.Secondly,the religion-like attitude towards science in modern Chinese society is also a reason why the elites and ordinary people support one-child policy.The justification process of one-child policy is under the name of science.The elites believe that one-child policy could effectively control population growth,because at this time we have mastered the demographics technology and the medical technology of the birth control.
