中国稀土对日本出口贸易的市场势力分析

本文分两个时间段估计并分析了我国稀土出口日本的市场势力,回归结果显示我国稀土出口日本的国际市场势力在一系列宏观政策的调控下并未明显提高,致使我国稀土这一＂优势＂产业的比较优势没有得到充分发挥,出现了应得与实获利益不相符的格局。针对这一亟待扭转的＂格局＂,本文从我国稀土出口市场无序竞争、稀土科技研究不发达和限制性宏观政策的影响要素三个方面探索了我国稀土出口日本市场势力未曾明显增强的原因,并就如何提高我国稀土出口日本的出口市场势力提出了若干建议。

International Market Power of Chinese Rare Earth Exported to Japan

This paper studies and analyzes the international market power of Chinese rare earth of two periods.The paper finds out that the market power has not increased obviously in recent years under a series of macroeconormic policy,which makes rare earth industry,the ＂advanced＂ industry of our country,not show the comparative advantage.Besides,the benefits from rare earth export to Japan deviate from what it should be.Facing this unfavorable situation,the paper explores the causes： the disordered competition of export trade,the unadvanced technology of our country’s rare earth and the restrictive macroeconormic policy.Accordingly,the paper finds out the suggestions of developing the market power of rare earth exported to Japan.
