湖南省新能源产业发展的财税支持政策研究

基于战略性新兴产业的产业特殊性以及产业发展的实际需要,构建一个健全完善的金融支持体系,将成为加快战略性新兴产业发展的关键。虽然近年来湖南战略性新兴产业的金融支持力度不断加大,战略性新兴产业也呈现出较快的发展趋势,但从当前湖南战略性新兴产业发展的需要和目标来看,金融支持仍显不足,金融约束较为明显。本文立足于湖南发展战略性新兴产业发展的实际,针对金融支持湖南战略性新兴产业发展的现状与不足进行分析,提出支持推动湖南战略性新兴产业发展的对策建议。

The Research on Fiscal Support Policies about New Energy Industry of Hunan Province

According to the current situation of new energy development of Hunan Province, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of new energy industry of Hunan province by using the method of SWOT analysis. There is a gap between the existing fiscal policies and the demand of new energy industry development; on the basis of Fiscal Support Policies and problems about New Energy Industry, we need to optimize the use of fiscal policies, improve the financial subsidies, enhance the efforts of government procurement, use the financial investment rationally, adjust the fiscal support policies and the government should play a role in the development of new energy industry.
